Clear Lake Medical Spa – Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Clear Lake Medical Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service and reserving dedicated time for each of our clients. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we kindly ask that you review our policy below:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a service charge equal to the scheduled treatment.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. If we are unable to complete your service due to late arrival, it may be treated as a missed appointment and charged accordingly.

Card on File

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. By booking with Clear Lake Medical Spa, you authorize us to charge the card on file in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.
